Right of Withdrawal Information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to oldcarclub@web.de by means of a clear declaration.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back.

You must return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days.

You bear the costs of the return shipment.

You only have to compensate for any loss in value if this is due to unnecessary handling of the goods.
